About E2 Health Institute

E2 Health, The Empowered & Equitable Health Institute, was founded to expand access to health knowledge and support equitable health practices in communities.

Our work focuses on two important areas: empowering women through body literacy and promoting healthier environments for children within school communities

Our Mission

E2 Health Institute empowers women with body literacy while advancing equitable health practices that support children in school communities.

Our Vision

A future where women understand their bodies and children grow up in healthy, equitable school environments.

Our Approach: The E2 Health Method

Educate • Equip • Empower

We simplify complex health topics, provide practical tools, and help people confidently navigate real-life health decisions.

Educate: Clear, culturally relevant health education
Equip: Tools, guides, and resources you can actually use
Empower: Confidence to advocate for yourself and your family.

Founder's Note

I am the founder of E2 Health Institute, The Empowered & Equitable Health Institute—an initiative dedicated to expanding women’s health knowledge and advancing equitable health practices that support children in school communities.

I have spent my career working to improve health outcomes and expand access to care across diverse communities. My work has always centered around prevention, health quality, and finding better ways to connect people to the care and information they need.

But what really pushed me to start this?

I’ve seen too many women leave appointments feeling confused, unheard, or unsure about what’s going on with their own bodies all because things weren’t explained clearly. And I’ve seen families struggle to find the right resources to support their children’s health.

That didn’t sit right with me, and I knew I could do more.

So I created E2 Health Institute to make health education feel more clear, more relatable, and actually empowering.

At the core of this work are three key priorities:
   • Helping women understand their bodies and feel confident speaking up for their           care
   • Supporting stronger health equity in school environments, where children are              learning, growing, and building lifelong habits.

  • Supporting individuals in developing sustainable lifestyle habits to prevent or reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes

When it comes to your health or your child’s, you have the right to clear answers, respectful care, and to have your concerns fully acknowledged.

You are not overreacting.
Your concerns are valid.
You deserve clarity and support.

My hope is that this space empowers women to better understand their bodies, supports families navigating school health environments, and fosters stronger, more informed conversations around health equity.
